HAPPY NEW YEAR, GOALS FOR 2018 & REFLECTING 0N 2017

Lucy here, it’s after 12pm on the 1st of January 2018 where I am and I just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I hope this year is the best one so far. I don’t have that many goals for 2018, but I have a few main ones, which include; read all the books I have in my bookshelves that I haven’t read and do well in my university course that I am starting in March. I know that maybe no one who reads my website knows this; I suffer from both depression and anxiety. In 2017 I felt like I handled my depression and anxiety better than I did in 2016, and I would like to do even better on that front in 2018. I just have this feeling that 2018 will just be an amazing year for me.

I feel like 2017 was one of my best years yet, even though I did have anxiety attacks, I felt ok for the most part. I started and finished a Diploma,  I celebrated my 21st in one of my favourite places, Melbourne, while it was freezing cold. I also saw Little Mix for the second time, the day before my 21st birthday. Oh and Sophia Bush, one of my favourite actresses tweeted me, I ended up on my floor because of that tweet, oh and Taylor Swift released a new album that I really do love.

I hope your 2017 was as good as mine, if not. I hope 2018 is an amazing year for you all.
